This is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver Course and consists of 8 hour emergency medical training.

This course is for students seeking CPR/first aid training to meet a diving course requirement, for personal enhancement, or as part of a community service activity. This course

The following topics are covered; Setup and barriers Primary assessment, Rescue breathing, One rescuer CPR, Choking management, Control of bleeding, Shock management, Continuing circle of care, Illness assessment, Injury assessment and Course standards.

The equipment, training as well as certification are included in the price.
