PADI Freediver Course

Freediving allows you to enter the stunning underwater world surrounding Gozo on your own terms. It is all about control, calmness and inner strength.
Taking the PADI Freediver course will allow you to discover why freediving is quickly becoming a popular way to explore beneath the surface. You will learn the theory of freediving independently. In the water, you will begin with some breath hold training in confined water.
Goals are set to encourage your progression throughout the course. You will soon begin to conduct free immersion and constant weight dives in open water, testing your technique and control. You will also look into diver safety, rescue and proper use of a buddy team.
